A laser welded sandwich element is a good solution when insulated stainless steel doors, such as timber drying kiln doors, are needed.
Drying kiln doors may need to be replaced due to damage or wear and tear. Kenno Tech has developed a laser welded, stainless steel kiln door structure.
The door is a stiff and light-weight stainless steel sandwich element. The door may be insulated with polyurethane or mineral wool.
Thanks to its light weight, the handling of the door is efficient. Thanks to its straightness and stiffness, the door opening will be tightly sealed, thus minimising heat wastage. Made of stainless steel, the door is service free.
